Comment: Un hotel de alta categoría con muy buenas instalaciones y una limpieza impecable. El único detalle es que no nos dieron la posibilidad de guardar nuestro equipaje antes del check-in y después del check-out. En la rececpión nos dijieron que no tenían un lugar para hacerlo; dadas las dimensiones del hotel no creemos que el espacio sea un problema. Seguramente tiene por política no hacerlo. Las recepcionistas eran muy correctas, pero no eran muy predispuestas para dar información extra que supere el su trabajo puntual y administrativo.

Comment: I have been a regular customer for more than twenty years. It is getting worse every time I visit it. They have no respect for the individual customer. They see a couple of some age and they allocate them a room accessible only by stairs( They did it to me twice) After protesting they rectify. If they are after group booking let them be.To me it is at least poor judgement. I SHALL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANY ONE.

Comment: Positive: Good location and clean rooms Negative: Unfriendly staff, pay attention to what you are supposed to pay - as booked, very poor breakfast - bread, butter, marmelade and cornflakes - that's it (otherwise English breakfast is 7.5 GBP extra per person)
