Comment: Staff can be helpful but the downside is that it quickly leads to queueing at the front desk as there is only one staff at a time. Waiting for checking in was painful and we never got to try their information services on London as there was either no one at reception or too many people already waiting their turn. Room sound insulation is awful, you can hear the maids shaking their plastic bags around non-stop from 8 to 12! Hotel and room generally clean but some dirt stuck on my bedside table, on the light switch.

Comment: S'il vous plait changez les fenêtres !!! Gros gros problème d'isolation sonore. Nous avions une chambre donnant sur la rue et nous avons constamment vérifié si les fenêtres étaient bien fermées. A part ça c'était parfait mais difficile de garder en mémoire les bons côtés quand on n'a pas dormi de la nuit. Dommage. Je vais le mentionner sur le site Tripadvisor et autres.

Comment: Niveau insonorisation, c'est limite. On entend la TV des voisins et les coulées d'eau (salle de bains) et des toilettes (horriblement glamour). C'est assez étrange pour un hôtel de ce standing où tout le reste est très soigné.

Comment: We were greeted by a guy who seemed non enthusiastic and I had requested an early check in he first said we could at 11am then changed it to 12pm. The lady on check out was really helpful and friendly, would have been better to have her on check in. The room was sufficient however the upstairs loft had no ventilation and was hot, there was no room to move around sofa bed once it was folded out. However it was fine for a one night stay and some where to sleep, we loved the location

Comment: Hôtels dans quartier calme et agréable, très proche de la station de métro backer street, qui permet de se déplacer dans la ville facilement, proche restaurants et à peine 10 min de oxford street, personnel accueillant et serviable , propre, à recommander!

Comment: We were rather disappointed to find that the bedroom area was not separate so didn't get hardly any sleep. The sofabed was very small and uncomfortable. The whole apartment was very hot and despite turning the heating down totally, it did not cool down.

Comment: situation de l'hotel très commode, mais chambre poussièreuse, moquette tachée et ménage pas fait à fond... internet gratuiit qui ne marchait pas, petit déjeuner ok mais jamais apporté à l"heure. Je ne sais si je recommanderai l'hotel, tout dépend de ce que recherche l'ami concerné. Si c'est un fan de propreté, non !

Comment: Enjoyed the expresso machine in the lobby! Breakfast was excellent, but would be wonderful if you could vary the type of breads & fruit in the morning (since we were there 3 days). 24 hour desk service appreciated for late night returns. Would have appreciated a listing of recommended (popular & moderate price) eateries (& nearest grocery for those with a kitchenette) in the neighborhood for out-of-towners. This could be made available at check-in or included in the booklet of services in each suite. The room was a bit cramped for 2 people. I liked the concept of the glass room divider for privacy, but in a room so small (minisuite Rm 106) I ended up walking into it twice.
