Comment: Housekeeping services need great improvement. The maid didnt clean the cups and utensils. The minibar was not replenished regularly. The floor carpets are not well cleaned and maintained.

Comment: I am very happy with the service provided by the hotel. Firstly, my room was upgraded and hotel was also accommodating in extending the chack out time which really makes a difference in terms of customer satisfaction compared to other hotel.

Comment: I have wrote my feedback and return to the reservation desk upon checking out. Til now none of them get back to me. I have asked for a birthday cake and I called the hotel few days before and said it is for my husband'sname. However when I arrived at the hotel, apparently none of them are aware. Anyway the cake was delivered and the birthday card was in my name.

Comment: As you can see that I found the hotel excelelnt and your staff should be complemented on the quality of service. I will be returning. I only need a light continental breakfast - so found the all in breakfast charge expensive.
