Comment: They have first class golf course. The beach is huge and nice to jog in the morning. Sound insulation is not good even you are staying at the villa. The service of the staff is not satisfactory. They do not communicate and misunderstand each other. They made silly mistakes. The quality of staff is not comparable to their price and top class facilities.

Comment: Don't wait for guests to complaint of defects. Instruct your housekeeping team to be on look out for defects in fixtures or equipments. your technical team should also make routine checks. when we were there, the tv in the master bedroom would lose its sound after 5-10 minutes of operations. The astro remote was also not functioning well. One of the sinks tap in master bathroom was loose.

Comment: My only complaint is that the place is getting very old and tired. Our room was nice but the ocean view had no ocean view as the ocean wing is all blocked by trees. They should trim the trees or not charge more for an 'ocean view'. The TV never worked properly while we were there either. They said it was a booster problem. I just don't want to pay premium and then things are not as they should be. The staff were all friendly and attentive however and Bob at the Sand Bar was especially good. The food needs a lot of work!

Comment: Hotel has beautiful well maintained grounds and gorgeous beach area. The three connecting pools are great especially for children. A very high quality hotel that is peaceful and spacious. Staff in the main very helpful. Daily free activities are good but hiring of water sports equipment is too expensive. The spa treatments are very expensive. The kids club caters only for young children and activities need to be more varied. Older children (9-ll) need to be catered for with some outside activities.

Comment: Had no time to use the services and facilities. Time is wasted when travelling to town. With the amount spent on transport plus the hotel room rate is equal to an hotel where is nearer to town and of 5* quality.Hotel needs to upgrade its furniture and facade especially the room doors.

Comment: It is a shame that there are carpets in the bedrooms. This gave a musty smell that caused me allergic symtoms during my stay. If rooms were completely tiled I would return for a further stay as everything else great.
