Comment: It is a very nice and cozy hotel. Close to the Eurostar and Metro station. Hotel staff are friendly and patient. Highly recommend to everybody if you want a budget hotel.

Comment: Very convenient location. Check in was made a little more difficult by renovations in the lobby during out visit, but was still smooth. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was small but comfortable and a very convenient, central location. Perfect after our evening arrival by Eurostar.

Comment: Everything was great except that the first two nights, the air conditioning was set in the winter mode but the air outside was 25 degrees celcius. It was hot but the hotel people politely apologized and later fixed it.
