Comment: L'accueil est tres mediocre et les personnes de chambres ne prennent pas la precaution de frapper avant d'entrer dans les chambres et recommencent avec insistance chaque jour malgre une demande inverse du client qui desire se reposer un dimanche par exemple

Comment: I have stayed at the hotel many times. This time I checked in around midnight, and all the lights were out. However, when someone came to check me in, he never bothered to turn on the lights and had a very difficult time finding my reservation and a room key in the dark. The maintenance in the hotel has gone downhill. The carpet in the hallway on the second floor was very worn and dirty. The shower head in the bathroom was rusty and barely dripped any water.

Comment: Habitación agradable, silenciosa (interior) pero pequeña. Personal cualificado y muy amable. Ubicación del hotel excelente. Buena relación calidad-precio debido a la oferta. Desayuno "pobre" en una sala muy pequeña.

Comment: Very clean and tidy hotel, excellent location in 8 arr. Breakfast too expensive, so we did not try it out. Complimentary toileteries could be improved, but that is just a small improvement. In general, very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff.

Comment: Upon checkout, person at reception was very rude, there was some confussion with the credit payment, although everything was ok in the end. We were not best pleased, and will not reccommend this hotel as a result of that incident!
