| L’Auberge du Cheval Blanc is an ancient Relay of Post from the XVIIIème century entirely remodelled in 2008. It is now a charming 3 stars Inn. By renewing the place we determinedly chose a contemporary style, always keeping in mind the touch of Charm and Romanticism which we expect to find behind the walls of an authentic “Auberge”of the 18th century. The vocation of the “Auberge du Cheval Blanc” have always been the rest and the restoration of the traveller. For a long time the business men and the travellers encounter themselves there to take a snatch, to exchange ideas and ´secrets´, before arriving to Paris or just by leaving the capital. Tradition is totally maintained, the discretion is the rule in our place. Managing the Traditional Restaurant, our “Chef” Marc LABOUREL puts his imagination, his talent (unanimously recognized) and his inspiration at the service of traditions and taste in a modern invitation to revisit our soils. Our “Livre d’Or” is red of confusion due to all this greetings. You can also seize the opportunity of an escapade to Italy; at the Etna, our Italian Brasserie, it is Lilo, our Sicilian Chief, who transforms the place into a corner of Italy in the middle of French Countryside.
