Located in the south area of Madrid, in Leganes, and just 9 km away from the city center , Ar Hotel Parquesur 4****, opened in 1996 (last renovated,2004) is situated at Parquesur Shopping Center and offers our clients all kind of services (cinemas, restaurants, shops, walking areas and terraces..) Right next to the hotel, there are a lot of amusement centres, such as Xanadu and the Warner Bros Park(15 min by car). The Ar Hotel Parquesur is easy to reach from any highway leaving from Madrid, only 15 mn from Madrid´s city centre. The hotel offers a total of 83 rooms(from 1 to 3 people), all of them with air conditioning, direct telephone, DVD player with movies at reception, and payable Wifi access in the entire hotel. Specially thought for our corporate clients, we dispose of free parking belonging the shopping Center, WIFI access in all the hotel (extra charge) and free daily press in the lobby. La Parrilla de Leganés is the hotel’s à la carte restaurant offering signature dishes with a unique, individual twist. The restaurant specialises in rice dishes and charcoal-grilled meat.
