Comment: There is no elevator and they were taking us to a room on the 4th floor. I have a back problem, so they then gave us a room in the "basement". We checked in late at night and weren't able to see outside. Next morning we were ready to change our hotel if we didn't get a decent room that didn't require climbing stairs. They changed us to a mini-suite which was gorgeous. I would recommend this hotel ONLY if one were to reserve a mini-suite. We were not charged additional for the suite. Our original reservation was for a Deluxe room. The deluxe rooms have only a pedestal sink with no room to put anything more than a toothbrush.
