Kommentar : Un venise typique à découvrir en passant quelques nuits dans cet appartement.
Je recommande vivement à tous ceux qui veulent être dans venise même mais sans les touristes "sacados, banane, tongs" du centre historique. Idéalement situé à côté du seul parc de la ville et à 10 min à pied de la place saint Marc ; c'est le top.

Kommentar : Magnifiquement bien situé. Hors du traffic mouvementé des touristes, mais à 10 minutes de la place St Marc. Tous commerces à proximité. Nous reviendrons, c'est certain.

Kommentar : The apartment is ideally situated being only two minutes from the lagoon and waterbus stop and 15 mins walk into St Mark's Square. It is in an area near Via Garibaldi where local people live and so we were able to use local bars and shops which all added to the marvellous experience that Venice provides

Kommentar : Excellent choix pour 4, au calme dans un quartier Populaire avec des jardins, très proche de l'arrêt Vaporetto GIARDINI. (pas exactement la situation donnée par le site mais un lieu très sympa) Proche d'une boulangerie, d'un marché et d'un supermarché. Appartement propre (refait récemment) taille parfaite pour 4.

Kommentar : J'aurais deux propositions d'amélioration: rajouter une petite poubelle dans la salle de bains et rajouter quelques crochets pour manteaux derrière la porte, proche de l'entrée. Sinon c'était parfait!!!
