I would suggest to ask the customer to throw the towels on the floor if he wants them to be replaced.

CE N'EST PAS TRES AGREABLE ET CELA GACHE LE PLAISIR DU SEJOUR.
L HOTEL ET L EQUIPE N EST PAS EN QUESTION MAIS LE RESULTAT EST QU IL NUIT A SON IMAGE.
IL FAUT DONC QUE LES FEMMES DE CHAMBRES VAPORISE DU PRODUIT OU QUE VOUS INSTALLIEZ DES PETITS VAPORISATEURS ANTI MOUSTIQUES

Kommentar : L'hôtel est visiblement déjà ancien et aurait besoin d'une modernisation (sanitaires, fermeture des fenêtres posant des problèmes d'isolation sonore,...).

Kommentar : Grand Hotel Brun is an excellent hotel in terms of size of room, facilities, cleanliness of room and size and cleanliness of bathroom. The breakfast is good but not great. Price it is a bit expensive. As for the location be very careful, it is a 20-30 min ride to the Duomo cathedral in downtown during rush hours . Average trip price is 15.00-20.00 Euros. Make sure u know how to get downtown by bus or subway. The gym is great and a must try, and the 42" Plasma Tv in the room is great too.
