Kommentar : The receptionists were wonderful. They were very kind, helpful and responsive. We appreciated that the air conditioning was actually COLD air. The room, however, needed much work. The carpet was really awful and should have been replaced years ago. It honestly did not look clean. We had a double superior room so I was very surprised to find it in such bad condition.
Overall, though, we were pleased with our stay.

Kommentar : A comfortable hotel located very well, within 10mins of the centre, yet in a quiet area.
We had a small room with a poor view in an otherwise nice hotel. My parents had a larger room with a better view - so I guess we were just unlucky.
However, as should be the case, we spent very little time in the room and the hotel suited our needs prefectly.

Kommentar : Personnel très attentionné. Possibilité de laisser ses bagages dès l'arrivée ainsi que la journée avant le départ ce qui n'est pas négligeable. Possibilité de préréservation pour les Uffizy et la galleria del arte par l'hotel. Un peu cher 17 euros au lieu de 10euros 50 si on le fait soi même mais évite la queue ce qui est appréciable car les files d'attente sont longues!!!!

Kommentar : Nous avons passé une partie de notre voyage de noces dans cet hôtel et nous avons été ravis de notre séjour : l'accueil était chaleureux et attentionné, le petit-déjeuner était délicieux, copieux et varié, notre chambre était fonctionnelle, spacieuse et chaque jour bien nettoyée et l'hôtel se situe à 10 mn à pied de la piazza del duomo et de la galerie des offices et à 5 mn à pied de la gare. Nous recommandons cet hôtel à toute personne désirant séjourner à Florence pour un bon rapport qualité-prix.

Kommentar : comme j ai pu profiter d 'un tarif très avantageux, le rapport qualiter et prix et très acceptable. Mais le téléphone dans la chambre ainsi que l'ordinateur ne marchaient pas et ils n ont pas essayé de les réparer. La propreté dans la salle de bains était très bonne mais dans la chambre limite (quand nous sommes arrivés il y avait une paire de chaussettes des clients précédents (!)parterre. Pour 59 Euros le prix est correct mais plus non.
La qualité de l'accueil dépendait de la personne , dans la journée un certain Alessandro était très gentil.

Kommentar : Very old one. It was really hard to stand the smell of cigarette in the room. I considered having breakfast outside the hotel. I know what continental breakfast is like, but here the problem is its quality.

Kommentar : The staff was amazing and always so helpful and accomodating! 24 hour internet access, the quad was like a suite, spatious & very clean, and breakfast was better than expected. Walking distance from the station (we carried our luggage without having to take a taxi) and it´s a 10-15 min walk to the center of florence.
