Kommentar : We really enjoyed our stay in Clube Oceano staff were really friendly and helpful. Only one complaint on occasions there was a terrible sewage smell by the baby pool which was just below our room.

Kommentar : The only bad thing is that there's no wifi where you can connect. You have to use the only computer they have. The problem is when someone need to use own notebook cause work. Nowdays is incredible not to have a pre-paid/free wifi network in a hotel. For the rest the hotel is excellent and I will go back for sure

Kommentar : Food kept on going off and had to be thrown out- milk only lasting one day in fridge; hob very slow and non electric kettle took ages to boil; cooker hood ineffective. Aged kitchen appliances should be replaced. View from 5th floor stunning but sofa bed extremely uncomfortable. Rooms reasonably spacious. All taps leaked and needed replaced and soft furnishings generally tired. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful and place generally kept clean. Laundry room very useful. Misleading to advertise sat TV. I would not have minded had it all been in Portuguese as we were in Portugal! Yet they made an effort to supply Dutch and German channels but no English - can't count CNN as it is an American news channel. This is a nice quiet hotel which attracts older couples and families who do not go out raving till early hours of morning but return at night after dinner. It would have been nice to have at least one English speaking channel on TV - only for this reason I would not return or recommend it.
