There were some problems with the check-in. One of the rooms was not ready and only rooms on smoking floor were available. Rooms were smaller than expected for a supposedly 5 star hotel. Had some problems with the lighting in the room but hotel failed to attend to problem after first call. Also made 2 calls about the smell of cigarette smoke and hotel said they would send someone up with an ioniser and spray but no one came. Swimming pool area was nice and sunny.
