Air Cond compressor noise very loud with resonant effect. Room not cool. Washing sink water drain not smooth ( like stuck ). Parking space limited. The rest are acceptable. It is between George Town and Batu Ferringhi, but is a 30+ minute bus ride away from each. We rented a scooter, which minimized the location issue. For those wanting a quiet atmosphere and don't mind having to find transportation to the sites, Naza provides a nice hotel at a good price. And also I think the Crows around the swimming pool are really very unsightly, it's giving the guests some sence of disturbance. Think some measurement on this issue should be put in consideration. All the hotel staffs are really helpful and polite. Their cheerful smile and caring heart help us alot in distressing our tiredness from our travelling, getting around the hotel facilities and in knowing the town and street in Penang. Thanks Naza Hotel for giving my girl friend and I a wonderful memory in Penang, with your great hospitality.
