Kommentar : The hotel is charming and the staff is excellent. We certainly tested their service right off the bat, by arriving with an urgent problem for which we needed help. We'd left our passports behind in our hotel room safe in Venice, and the kind and efficient desk gentleman and signorina immediately went about helping us through this urgent problem. We were permitted to check in using our photocopies of our passports, and the gent immediately called our Venice hotel to ensure our documents were there and secure and supplied a train schedule for our return trip to Venice. Our room was also ready early, which enabled us to get settled prior to returning to Venice. We can't thank them enough for all they did to help us solve this urgent problem and soothe our nerves! Furthermore, throughout our stay, all hotel staff were warm and helpful, making restauranta suggestions and reservations, etc. The hotel offers comfort/style, value, and a delicious, elaborate breakfast spread. Highly recommended!

Kommentar : This is a great hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed the location, the room, the bed, the staff, the fantastic breakfast, the free-use bicycles to get around the city...it was absolutely everything we hoped!
