Kommentar : Upon arrival, we were informed that our request for a twin room with balcony was just that, a request, and no such room was available. We were told that we had not made such a request. It was not until I showed a copy of our original booking that the room that we had requested on it was suddenly found to be available. After a very long flight, this sort of problem does not create a good impression.

Kommentar : There is a problem with a sewage smell at night in some of the rooms which face into the rear courtyard. This was drawn to the attention of hotel staff who seemed to be aware of the problem. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful, this is the third time I have stayed at this hotel, and would do so again.
