Kommentar : Un accueil soucieux de satisfaire le client. Nous avons changé de chambre à cause du bruit dans celle d'à côté. La nouvelle chambre, bien que donnant sur la place, était bien isolée. Côté vieillot de l'hôtel sympathique. Très bien situé !

Kommentar : Les chambre sont vétustes et meublées au minimum / idem salle de Bain.
Incroyable, pour une ville touristique, aucun dépliant touristique a l'accueil del'hotel sur Naple
et les curiositées de la proche région: Ischia, Capri, Stromboli, Vesuvio...
Quand vous demandé un plan de Naple à la réception de l'hotel, on vous remet royalement et sans complexe une photocopie en noir et blanc, format A3!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Il doit pourtant bien avoir un office du tourisme qui offre gracieusement aux hotels des dépliants touristiques...

Kommentar : Situé sur une énorme place bruyante et sans aucun charme , l'hôtel n'embale pas vraiment au premier abord, cependant, notre chambre familiale au 6ème étage donnant sur cour était parfaite. Les gares sont à 2 pas, le centre historique aussi. Bref, excellent rapport qualité-prix.
