Kommentar : What partcularly impressed me was the help given to me by the duty manager (I am afraid that I cannnot remeber his name). He found me an adapter so that I could plug my laptop into the mains supply. This act of kindness made a huge difference to the quality of my stay by enabling me to complete a presentation for the following morning.
