Kommentar : Décevant dêtre facturé 6€ une bouteille d'evian de 33cl après le check out. je pensais qu'elle faisait partie des produits d'accueil, comme ds nombreux hôtels de votre standing. Le temps que vous perdez à facturé ces 6€ vous coutent plus cher que le revenu que cela génère!

Kommentar : For a suite we found the room to be small but it was clean and nice. The shower was nice but ran hot and cold at times. The ice machines on most floors did not work. Staff were friendly and helpful

Kommentar : Très bon rapport qualité prix. Le personnel est très disponible et fait ce qu'il faut pour rendre le séjour agréable. j'y retournerai avec plaisir. La chambre était très bien.

Kommentar : We ate breakfast on 3 of our 4 days stay.Irrespective of what time we arrived the hot food containers with eggs,sausages,omlettes,bacon etc were empty and we had to ask for some to be cooked.A pity because otherwise the breakfast selection was very good.

Kommentar : Breakfast was good but fairly expensive even for Geneva standards. Room was a very good value 3 of the 4 nights but for some reason Monday was drastically higher than other nights ... you need to pay attention to daily rates vs. average rate. Otherwise, fantastic hotel; service was excellent (even if it wasn't in Geneva the service would have qualified as excellent.
