J'ai voulu changer de chambre, je n'ai pas pu. J'ai done eu de la réceptionniste une bombe de parfum pour parfumer l'air ambiant, c'était encore pire, c'était mi-cigarette, mi-parfum floral ! Ensuite, l'ampoule de ma table de chevet était cassée, j'ai du demander à la réceptioniste de me la changer. On ne peut absolument pas dormir dans cet hôtel tellement c'est bruyant, un vrai cauchemar ..... Je ne lerecommande à personne. Au moins un gest commercial n'aurait pas été de trop dans ma situation... The location was off the main roads and not the easiest to find, but less than 5 minutes from the train station, so who can complain!The rooms were not large, but seemed fine for the inexpensive price compared to other hotels. Everything was clean. The breakfast is pretty insignificant - bread, a croissant, coffee/tea and juice. Maybe that is typical in the French part of Switzerland, I don't know. Guests are given password to outside door instead of blindly buzzed in - I was confident with this hotel's security. Great atmosphere / feeling - decorated with excellent taste and understated, sophisticated style. lovely staff with good English. We had one night and decided to go back for another!
