Kommentar : My room had no hot water, and the seat of the armchair was broken ! This is a 4* hotel. The breakfast room is too small for the number of guests and I couldn't have breakfast as there was nowhere to sit. The service in this hotel is awful and the staff just don't care. I would not recommend the hotel.

Kommentar : Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber mit etwas veralteter Ausstattung. Das Personal am Empfang war mehrsprachig, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und mit einem vielseitigen Angebot. Die Tiefgarage war geräumig, sauber und sicher.
Im Zimmer gab es keine Klimaanlage. Bei geöffnetem Fenster (zum Innenhof) war die Lärmbelastung sehr hoch. Damit sollte entweder der Lärm oder die Wärme akzeptiert werden. Die Internetnutzung war sehr teuer.
