Kommentar : Very good service, even though their own restaurant was closed over the New Year period, they gladly arranged a booking at a local restaurant that was very good.
Everything about the stay was 100% - could not fault.
However the prices in the bar were over priced, 19 euro's for two single baileys!

Kommentar : Dans un environnement immédiat peu attrayant, l'austérité de la façade n'est pas très engageante. Passé la bonne impression du lobby, l'accueil s'il n'est pas antipathique demeure pour le moins assez approximatif : 1/4h à attendre l'affectation d'une chambre retenue à l'avance. Aucun accompagnement. Un long couloir qui se resserre en un étroit corridor assez sinistre. la chambre est correct, pas plus. dans la SdB une lime à ongle usagée est soigneusement remisée dans son emballage. Quant au room service :injoignable et déplorable... 1h30 d'attente pour un petit déjeuner ! malgré des relances successives se concluant après 3 ou 4 appels par : "desolé nous n'avons pas enregistré votre commande"... l'impression principale est le grand amateurisme du personnel, à l'accueil, au room service et même au bar où de jeunes stagiaires maladroits se font vertement reprendre par leur responsable devant une clientèle médusée. Bref quelques étoiles de trop…
